I’m so grateful to Cindy, Rebecca, Jennie and Brad for the diligent care of my 3 little dogs. I wouldn’t consider taking them anywhere else and plan to be a client for as long as I’m a dog mama.
Mystic’s reliable and trustworthy care is SO worth the drive out to Monroe. Having consistent long-term staff in Rebecca and Jennie (both of whom are clearly knowledgeable about pet care) is huge–both of them display confidence that they are experienced and know how to manage pets.
The owners Cindy and Brad live on site with their own dogs and other animals, so any concerns about your pets being completely alone with no one nearby are a non-issue.
Love the updates with pictures I receive during their stays, and the fact that their raw and cooked diets can happily be accommodated. This is NOT a boarding facility in an institutional type of environment, but instead a ranch/farm like setting.
Mystic’s website has a wealth of information about their protocols and policies, which I also appreciate. LOVE that a place like this exists as a more holistic alternative to dog boarding.
