– Mystic Mountain Pet Retreat branded site and app with the Apple and Android play store
– Access to your account thru your phone or on the web
– Online reservation request and management
– Client profiles with your private account
– Pet profiles that include health and feeding instructions
– Online documentation, agreements and questions
– Photo sharing via text, email and Mystic timeline
– Mystic text number for communication
– Payment with credit cards (3% fee by client) (we still take cash or check)

For pets who have stayed at Mystic in the last 3 years please request a reservation using the Paw Partner software and we will get back to you of our availability.
– You will need to make an account, sign documentation, add pets (info, health and feeding), and answer questions.
– Once you are in the system it will be very easy to request future reservations at Mystic
– If your pet’s health or care has changed, please send an email to Info@MysticMountainRetreat.com with current care requirements to make sure we are still a good fit.

For new pets and clients, or if it’s been longer than 3 years or if your pet’s health has changed, please send an email to Info@MysticMountainRetreat.com . Click Here for the questions we will need from you to make sure we are a good fit for your pets.

We will NOT accept any reservations with new clients until we have communicated, so please don’t go to the trouble of making an account and requesting a reservation.
Once you Request a Reservation, Mystic will use the Paw Partner software system which will send you an email and text of our availability.
– If you get declined due to space here at Mystic and your dates are flexible please contact us to see if we can work something out.
– If you get wait-listed, we will let you know if space gets opened up
– Estimates may not include discounts for multi family members, this is still being worked out.
– Estimates may not include extra fees, like late pickups.
– Final invoices will include discounts and fees
Notes:
– Each person must make an account, only one email and phone number per account. Pets can be linked to another owner account. Friends and family can be added to pets profile. All humans need their own account with email address and phone number.
– Mystic is NOT taking new clients for the Winter Holiday season, Dec 18 – January 2 or over Thanksgiving
– All pets must NOT be human aggressive as we touch all our guests caring for them.
