We love caring for many types of dogs and cats but want to make sure we are a good fit for your pet. Before creating an account in the Mystic Mountain Pet reservation system, please contact Mystic. We will NOT accept any reservations if we do not know your dog or cats’ current needs.

Include your contact and pets’ information in the email. Include if you know your estimated trip dates and if you would like a tour. We will send you back an email with next steps.
If time is critical, in addition to the email, please send a text to 425-906-5038 and 425-971-3527 (You MUST also send the email with your information)
Information that is required to ensure we are a good fit:
– Your names, phone numbers and the city where you live
– Please use personal email address and not business email
– Breed, age and size of your pets
– Pets’ names
– Health status and concerns, medicine or other therapy
– Any issues with humans?
– Do your dogs like to play with other dogs during play sessions?
– Describe your dogs play style
– Does your dog do well in a giant crate if needed?
– Does your dog have anxiety? If so please describe.
– Does your dog have dog aggression? If so please describe.
– Any health or emotional issues we would need to know about to provide quality care?
– If on any medicines, can we give them easily?
– Anything else we need to know to provide quality care?
– How did you hear about Mystic Mountain Retreat?
Important Notices:
– We do NOT care for any Human aggressive pets as we need to touch them many times a day.
– Any anxious, scared, older or rescued dogs may require a 1 or 2 night stay while the owners are in town to ensure we are a good fit.
– Long term boarding for new dogs may need an overnight to get used to the ranch before your longer trip.
– Mystic is NOT taking new clients for the Winter Holiday season, Dec 18 – January 2 or over Thanksgiving.

Mystic Ranch Notices:
– Our regular hours are 9:00 – 4:00 but due to staffing and the day, hours may be varied and ALL visits to the ranch must be scheduled and arrival within 15 minutes. If you are going to be late or early please contact us right away. Arrivals are preferred between 10:00 – Noon and pickups by 3:00.
– Due to normal dog illness’s, we are asking all dogs to self-quarantine from community dog areas before coming to Mystic for 10 days. This includes dog parks and daycare. Friends or neighborhood dogs are OK. Please let us know if you are Not able to support self-quarantine for the days before coming to Mystic or if you have any questions.
– During winter snows or ice we will do our best to meet you at the bottom of the hill (daylight hrs only) and while we work hard on getting the road plowed and salted, if the road is unsafe, we cannot guarantee shuttles.
