Access the Mystic Mountain Reservation
– Phone: Mystic Mountain Pet Retreat App thru the Apple and Android store
– On your PC select or type in https://pawpartner.com/mystic-mountain-pet-retreat

Your Account View and Updates
– Click on Account Settings under Account at upper right corner
– You can update your email, passwords and personal information including phone numbers, address and emergency contacts and other system preferences.
– This is where you can update your Notifications preferences to receive messages from Mystic about Reservations and Photos
Mystic Mountain Timeline Home Page
– Click any Mystic Paw Logos
– Shows latest messages, shared photos and business info
– Links to Make a Reservation and View Your Services
Your Services and Pets Information
– Click on (View Services) upper left
– My Services (Make a Reservation, Saved Credit Cards, Payments, Send Message, Report cards, Agreements)
– Pets & Vaccines, shows all pets. To add a new pet, click (create a new pet) at top. To update pets’ information including feeding and meds, you MUST click on photo or name of pet.
– Owners & Friends, you can add persons to a pet but they MUST have an account and you would put in their email address.
– Reservations: view current, past and new reservations
– Messages: View messages and create a new message thru the Paw Partner system
– Pet Photos, shows photos we post on the Mystic Timeline linked to your pet, not those we send thru email/text.
Detailed Steps:
My Services: you can Make a Reservation, view and update Saved Cards, view Payments and Receipts, Send Mystic a Message, view Report Cards (if we choose to do this, still not confirmed), review and sign Agreements (must be complete before making a reservation)
Pets & Vaccines:
(Create New Pet) click at top right. Fill out all fields requested and save.
Current Pets (click) on Pets Name or Photo (This does not make sense, I have asked for an upgrade to have a button)
– Update Pet Info: Photo, Name, Type, Breed, Color, Coat, Birth, Weight, Gender, Altered?, Veterinarian and Important Notes
– Vaccines and ID: Add expiration date and upload vaccination records here (Vaccines are determined by your veterinarian and your pet’s needs)
– Feeding: Type, amount, timing and instructions (please include brand, meat and carb type (example: beef, rice, oats or grain free)
– Medical: Type, amount, timing and instructions
(Please ensure Feeding and Medical is added and updated Before your reservation date)
– Reservations: New, current and past for this specific pet
– Pet Photos: Only photos that Mystic has uploaded to the Mystic Timeline and tagged your pet. Any photos sent thru email or texting are not shown here.
Owners & Friends:
You can add another Owner or a Friend to your pet’s profile. The person must create their own account within the software before you can link them to your pet.
– Select Specific Pet, Choose pet name or All Pets
– Put in email of person you want to connect with
– Access level = Owner or Friend
– For emergency contacts you can add them at time of reservation under questions.
Reservations:
– Create a new request, view a current one or view past reservations here.
– To view your estimated and past invoices, Click on Reservation, then Click on the 3 dots left of Pets Photo, choose Reservation Invoice (Current or past)
– Mystic payments are Check or Cash and credit cards (3% fee will be applied to client bill) (you can pay a deposit or at pickup) (stays longer then 10 nights require a 50% deposit)
– Discounts and fees will be added at time of check-out (example multi family pets)
Messages:
– View and send messages to Mystic Mountain using the Paw Partner software.
– Please add mystic-mountain-pet-retreat@pawpartner.com to your Address Book
– For reservation questions and other communications please use the Info@MysticMountainRetreat.com email address
Pet Photos:
– Click on Pet Photos To view photos of your pet while they are here at camp that we have posted on the Paw Partner Mystic timeline home page.
– Photos that we have sent thru texting and emails do NOT show up on the Pet Photos link
