Creating a Mystic Mountain Pet Retreat Account within the Paw Partner System and Requesting a Reservation
– Phone: Install the App on the Android or Apple store (search on Mystic Mountain Pet Retreat)
– On your PC select or type in https://pawpartner.com/mystic-mountain-pet-retreat

Create an account:
• Choose Create Account at top right
• Email, please use a personal email, not a business
• Password
• Agree to the Paw Partner Terms of Agreement
• Fill out your Contact Info
– Please load a photo so our staff knows your face
– Click on Notifications at top, choose email and text (Save Changes) then click (Contact Info)
– (Save Changes)
Add your Pets:
• Add your First Pet (fill out all fields)
• If you have more then one pet (Create Another Pet)
• Very Important: At some point add feeding and medicine instructions under (Pets & Vaccines). You must click on the pets photo or name to access this section. Yes I have asked for a system change to include a button as it does not make sense.
Request Reservation:
After you have your account and your pets are added you can request a reservation with specific dates
• Mystic will review your request and get back to you
• Review and Sign the required documents, just use your mouse or pen in the box
– Pet Service Agreement & Veterinarian Medical Directive For Pets
– (Save And Continue)
• Answer questions about each pet, you can update these later as needed
– (Save And Continue)
• Review estimated Invoice (multi family discounts and other fees may not be included)
– Option to pay deposit with a credit card
– (Submit Reservation)
• Look for messages thru texting and emails
Your reservation is currently PENDING.
You will be notified when your reservation is confirmed
Note: If you have NOT been a Customer of Mystic in the last 3 years or if your pets needs have changed
– You MUST send an email to our communication coordinator to ensure we are a good fit.

Extra Information:
• Reservation Messages and Photos will be sent to your email and phone number thru this system

If you are taken to a screen asking for location of facility, type in Mystic Mountain Pet Retreat. You may have gotten out of the link we provided and are in the main Paw Partner system. Mystic has a branded site so you will not see other businesses once within our system.

Main Mystic Timeline on the Paw Partner system:
• Select the Mystic Paw Logo; top or middle of page, depending on where you are at
Your personal Mystic timeline:
• Select (View Services) tab off the main Mystic page
• Your name and photo will show
• My Services: Make Reservation, Payments, Send Message, Report Cards and Agreements are accessed here
• Pets & Vaccines:
– Add each pet to your account we may be caring for: Select (Create New Pet) upper right
– View current pets, to update please click on pets name or photo. (yes this does not make sense, we are working on a system change)
– Fields requested are: Pet Info, Vaccines, Feeding, and Medical (make sure to add food and meds before your reservation)
– Pet Info: Photo, Name, Breed, Birth, Weight, Gender, Altered status, Veterinarian and Important Notes
– You can access Reservations and the Pet Photos
• Owners & Friends: link persons to your pet. They will FIRST need to create an account BEFORE you can link them.
– For emergency contacts you can add them without the person needing an account later when you create a reservation
• Reservations: request and view current or past reservations here
• Messages: Text, Email and Messages sent and received thru this Paw Partner system
• Pet Photos: any photos that your pet was tagged in and shown on the Mystic Time Line on Paw Partner. Photos that Mystic sends thru email or texting DOES NOT show up under your Pet Photos.
